File-drop exchange
For legacy systems: structured XML with documents embedded, collected by a scheduled job on your own network. Nothing installed beyond a file importer. This is how eight of our Proclaim integrations work.

Every call logged with its input, output and error, so a feed can be debugged by someone who isn't a developer.
Scheduled, incremental, idempotent
Re-run a job or re-upload a file and nothing duplicates. A high-water mark per feed, a fingerprint per row.
WhatsApp, SMS and email
In and out of any system, threaded against the record they belong to. Notifications out, replies in.
Payments reconciled
Card, pay-by-link, recurring and Direct Debit, reconciled back into the ledger or case system with a step-by-step audit trail.
