Support that answers.
Every ticket has an SLA, an owner and a thread. An agent reads new tickets within the hour and asks for anything missing. Your phone buzzes the moment we reply. And because support is worked by the same team that builds the software, a ticket can become a shipped fix the same day.
Raised, read, owned, answered, fixed, closed. Each step on the record.
Raise it anywhere
Portal, phone app, or reply to any support email. Attach screenshots or photos from the camera. Every route makes the same ticket.
Read within the hour
An AI triage agent reads every new ticket, asks you for anything missing, sets severity and routes it to the engineer who owns that system. It never replies on our behalf or changes a status.
Owned, with a clock
Every ticket has an owner and an SLA per priority. Unassigned tickets are swept every few minutes in business hours and escalated with an increasingly loud subject line until someone owns them.
A push for every reply
Every reply lands as a bell notification in the portal, an email, and a push to the Prolink Mobile app. You choose which you hear.
Fixed by the people who built it
Support is worked from the same tooling that builds the software. A fault can become a shipped fix, published to your changelog, the same day.
Closed by you, not by us
A resolved ticket waits seven days for your reply before it closes, and reopens itself if you answer. Nothing is closed on you.
Every ticket, every reply, every SLA, in your portal at hub.prolink.io.
The support screen your team sees: open tickets with their owner and clock, the thread with internal notes hidden from you and replies shown, and the roadmap features waiting for your sign-off.

What people ask first.
When is support available?
The support desk is worked Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm UK time. Critical issues are escalated automatically inside those hours, and every client has an emergency route agreed in their support terms.
How do I raise a ticket?
In your portal at hub.prolink.io, in the Prolink Mobile app, or by replying to any support email. Every route creates the same ticket with the same SLA.
Who answers?
The people who built your application. There is no first-line script; a ticket goes to the engineer who owns that system.
Raise a ticket and see how fast it moves.
Existing clients: hub.prolink.io. Everyone else: ask us how support would work for your application.
